On the 6th of July 2013, Annual General Meeting of SMK Seafield Board of Librarians was held. It took place at Dewan Kenangan and started at 9am sharp. The event was hosted by our fellow librarians Wong Pik Yen, Alanna Wong and Michelle Kang.
Pn Siti Rohana, Pn Tan Geok Siew and our respective President Lee Loong Kuan gave speech during the AGM.
Next the new librarians recited the pledge.
During the prize giving ceremony, outgoing Form 5 and Form 6(upper) Librarians received the certificate of Appreciation. The event continued with interesting performances by the other librarians who had prepared for a long time.
Our former board of librarians also came to visit.
Next it was the announcement of new Top 7 for year 2013/2014. The selected board members were as follow:
President: Chew Yee Hsuen
Vice President: Lee Xin Ying
Iva Foo JiaTian
Secretary: Rishmah Thuraisamy
Vice Secretary: Tan Zhi On
Treasurer: Siaw Fang Ni
Vice Treasurer: Roshnee Jayakumar
Lastly everyone had lunch together.
